Phantom Family Halo will perform at the annual Burning Man Festival in Black Rock Desert, 120 miles north of Reno, Nev. The set takes place from 9 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Camp Center Stage on Aug. 31. This year’s theme for Burning Man is Evolution.
