Phantom Family Halo eases your weekday with a performance this coming Tuesday, Sept. 14 at Zanzabar, where they’ll join Kid Congo & The Pink Monkey Birds and Ritchie White Orchestra. Kid Congo, a.k.a. Brian Tristan, formerly played with The Cramps, The Gun Club and Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds and served as president of The Ramones fan club in 1976. Showtime is 9 p.m. $7.
