We have the finalized details for the second annual Boomslang Festival, taking place Sept. 10-12 in Lexington, Ky. All of our artists are playing on the same day, Saturday, Sept. 11.
Phantom Family Halo will perform on the festival’s main stage at Buster’s Billiards & Backroom. Meanwhile Lucky Pineapple performs in Buster’s parking lot at 10 p.m. as part of the Boomslang Carnival. The Fervor appears at 9 p.m. at Cosmic Charlie’s at the corner of Woodland and Euclid Avenues. They play the early show, and will open for Paul K., whose debuting his new lineup following the retirement of the Weathermen.
Our limited edition Yellow Belt, featuring exclusive tracks from Lucky Pineapple and Joyful Noise recording artist Prizzy Prizzy Please, Phantom Family Halo’s limited double LP “Monoliths & These Flowers Never Die” will be for sale at Buster’s, while The Green Belt will be for sale at Cosmic Charlie’s.
