Ben Sollee keeps trucking through the winter, joining Trampled By Turtles, Carrie Rodriguez and Erin McKeown. He recently completed another Pedaling Against Poverty tour of the south, and in February, he and Sub Pop recording artist Daniel Martin Moore will release Dear Companion, a new CD produced by Yim Yames, to help fight against mountaintop removal in Appalachia.
Don’t forget: Special edition copies of Sollee’s 2008 debut album, Learning To Bend, are still available on 180-gram white vinyl, with all new artwork from Mad Pixel. This is a onetime pressing.
